1. Strong familiarity with UNDP programming an operation policies and procedures (POPP);

4. Shares knowledge and experience, a good team player, possess leadership and self management;
5. Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude, always in control even under pressure. Ability to transfer knowledge and motivate people and to build relationships with colleagues, partners, beneficiaries, government authorities, donor organizations and other stakeholders



Required Skills and Experience
Recruitment Qualifications

Education:

Master degree in, urban and rural planning, economics, environments or other relevant fields of study

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of development.

Language Requirements:

* Fluency in written and spoken English is an absolute necessity;
* Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia is required

Other Requirements:

* Demonstrated strong familiarity with development projects and UNDP programmes in Indonesia;
* Knowledge of disaster risk reduction and experience in implementing disaster risk reduction projects and programmes are assets;
* Strong knowledge and experience in project management are essential and ability to write reports
* Good inter-personal and team building skills;
* Familiarity with Government and UNDP procedures is essential;
* Preferably experience in working with NAD Government and knowledge in Acehnese.
* Demonstrated up-to-date computer skills required.
