Competencies

* Proven experience in conducting policy analysis and research with a particular focus on quantitative macroeconomics, and poverty reduction;
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to draft policy briefs;
* Familiar with Indonesia’s development landscape, understanding of macroeconomic models, poverty, Human Development, and MDGs;

Required Skills and Experience

* Minimum Master’s, PhD preferred in Economics;
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience;
* Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages and in handling of web-based management system;
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesian is essential.
