In responding to our need to aggressive growth of our business, the Bank invite high potential talents professional, for the position as:

International Service & Treasury Operations Division Head

Responsibilities:

*Developing and maintaining the strategies plan that outlines International Services and Treasury Operational activities requested to support the business line strategies
*Guiding and directing members of group management in the team
*Directing all activities of the International Services and Treasury Operational to achieve the budget, performance and effectiveness of the operational group
*Develop and maintain a plan the activities of the related functions, establish policies to ensure adequate management and succession
*Direct the development and installation of related operational procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the Group

Requirements:

*Minimum 12-15 years banking experience including management positions with managerial experience in operation fields; 5 years of experience at the same position
*Good knowledge of the functions of bank departments
*Good understanding a polices off the operational Risk
*Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline from reputable university
*Strong technical and operational knowledge.
*Good knowledge of bank policies and procedures
*Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage projects.
*Male or Female, age 35 - 40 years old
