Litigation Officer

Responsibilities:

*Provides legal advice and counsel, represents the Bank in litigation process of consumer collection issues
*Monitors the cost and quality of outside counsel handling litigation and regulatory matters in consumer collection issues.
*Works independently on matters of significance to the organization.
*Responsible for coaching as well as performance reviews and compensation administration along with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

*5 – 10 years of experience practicing law in Consumer Banking industry.
*Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school is preferable
*Thorough competence in legal issues relating to law and regulation.
*Experience representing banking or financial services clients.
*Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage projects.
*Capable to demonstrate the interpersonal skill and strong leadership
*Male or Female, age 30 - 40 years old
