Competencies

* Familiar with UN or UNDP programme/project management systems;
* Familiar with DEX and NEX modality;
* Familiar with Government of Indonesia, UNDP and Donor policies, rules and regulations;
* Build strong relationships with donors, government, and other UN agencies;
* Strong qualitative and quantitative research and report writing skills;
* Team worker, able to work cooperatively with colleagues in a multi-cultural context;
* Demonstrate good knowledge on project design and management.

Required Skills and Experience

* Master Degree in Development Economics, Political Science, Social Science or related fields.
* 3 or more years of experience in project management in the field of development, post-disaster recovery or poverty alleviation.
* Excellent written English and communications skills.
