PROGRAMME ASSOCIATE – INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (NATIONAL)

Competencies

* Advance proficiency in Data analysis, Database Management and GIS
* Familiarity of Indonesia’s statistical system, survey methodologies, institutional arrangements, data collection, entry and maintenance.
* Ability to transfer knowledge and motivate people and to build relationships with colleagues, partners, beneficiaries, government authorities, donor organizations and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience
Recruitment Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor degree in information management, computer science or other relevant field of study

Experience:
7 – 8 years of experience

Language Requirements:
Proficient in English language, spoken and written. Ability to write reports, make presentation, provide training
Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is essential.

Other Requirements:

* Advance proficiency in operating and Geographic Information System (GIS) software including ESRI’s ArcView, ArcMap and ArcInfo.
* Advance proficiency in operating Microsoft office applications
* Familiarity of UN systems and/or the UNDP system, rules and procedures.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Experience in working with government agencies (central and local), civil society organizations and international organizations is an asset.
* Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently and independently under pressure, handle multi tasking situations with strong delivery orientation
* A good team player committed to enhancing and bring additional value to the work of the team as a whole
