Reporting to the Head of Region, you will be taking care of all of the full sales aspect within your assigned area, from its planning, organizing, actuating until the controlling. It would mainly include ensuring the sales performance, and managing and guiding the sales force.
Ensure the subordinates, sales supervisors and team leaders, achieve the sales target set

Responsible for the product spreading to the level of retailers levels

Analyze the existing channels, and review for their developments

Manage the sizeable team, including their development

Monitor the stock levels in channels
hold a University Degree in related majors,

has previous proven track record in sales experience, in telco/FMCG/ related products, of a minimum of 4 years working experience in managerial level,
