Vacant Position in a Property Developer Company

A new property developer company is seeking a good people to fill in a some following position:

1. Financial Controller
2. Project Manager
3. Executive Assistant

Financial Controller
You will be responsible for financial forecasting, planning and budgeting, and controller of all company’s financial. Also responsible to setting up/develop and implement accounting system and procedure of a new start-up company.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree / Master degree is preffered in Finance and Accounting
- Min 5 years experience in the similar position, preferably in the property developer company.
- Age between 30 - 40 years old
- Willing to take a challenge by join a new set-up company
- Excellent communication oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good computer literate

- Dynamic and strong leadership skills

Project Manager
You will be responsible for a site engineer and project manager in company’s project development.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree / Master degree is preffered in Civil Engineering
- Min 5 years experience in the similar position in the contractor company, preferable in property development company

- Have proven track record in project manager of office building/hotel/apartment
- Age between 30 - 40 years old
- Willing to take a challenge by join a new set up company
- Excellent communication oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia

- Good computer literate

- Dynamic and strong leadership skills

Executive Assistant
You will be responsible for company’s general affair, administration and a secretary for CEO
Qualification:
- Diploma degree / Bachelor degree is preffered in any discipline
- Min 3 years experience in the similar position
- Age between 27 - 35 years old
- Willing to take a challenge by join a new set up company
- Excellent communication oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good computer literate

- Dynamic and strong leadership skills
