Competencies

* Have knowledge/work experience in the development of an effective compensation scheme on operational and poultry industry restructuring research project.

Required Skills and Experience

* Post graduate degree in Agricultural Economics or Economics related subject;
* At least five (5) years of experience in economic analysis of agricultural system including livestock;
* Ideally, have an experience of working on HPAI projects;
* Excellent English writing and speaking skills; and
* Ability to work with individuals of different cultural/national backgrounds.

Responsibilities :

Requirements :

* Hold Bachelor Degree from Accounting/Business Management preferably overseas graduate. Hold a Certified of Public Accountant is (CPA) is a plus.
* Hold around 5 years financial / audit experience, including experience in an audit or Internal Control Department of a multinational company and/or equivalent time in public accounting with exposure to multinational corporations.
* Strong internal control technical skills including ability to apply risk management principles

Language Requirements:
